Oceans Wild started providing educational programs 10 years ago. It started as an ambitious dream to provide educational experiences that left lasting impressions. We have grown - our road show currently travels throughout Eastern and Atlantic Canada to schools, community events, festivals, expos, and conferences engaging more than 75,000 people in the past few years!
We have set a substantial goal - to educate, excite, and empower people we meet to make a difference, small or large, individually or collectively in improving, sustaining or simply being more aware of marine conservation issues.
We are unique for many reasons. Our greatest strength lies in the fact that we bring real life experiences and life size ocean animal replicas to our audiences. Our summers are spent on the water, encountering marine animals in their natural habitat and observing and documenting whales and other marine species from sunfish to jellyfish. These experiences are what make us different and serve to capture the imaginations of our audience.
